Why is my Tidal subscription price changing?
We're proposing an update to our subscription prices so we can continue supporting the artists and rightsholders behind the music you love while investing in new features, improvements, and the high-quality listening experience you expect from Tidal.
When will my price change?
If you accept the new price, it will take effect on your first billing date on or after November 19, 2026. Until then, you'll continue to be billed at your current subscription price.
How much will my subscription cost?
Updated pricing varies by plan. Please visit tidal.com/pricing to view current subscription pricing. You can also refer to the price-change notice sent to you for your specific updated price.
Do I need to do anything to keep my subscription?
Yes. To continue your Tidal subscription at the updated price, you'll need to accept the price change.
- Visit account.tidal.com and log in.
- Review your updated subscription price.
- Select Accept new price to confirm.
If you don't accept the new price, your subscription will end on your first billing date on or after November 19, 2026.
What happens if I don't accept the new price?
If you decline the updated price or don't take any action, your subscription will automatically end on your first billing date on or after November 19, 2026. You'll continue to have access to Tidal until your subscription ends, and you won't be charged the new price.
Can I change my mind after declining the new price?
Yes. If you've declined the updated price but your subscription hasn't ended, you can visit account.tidal.com to review and accept the new price.
Can I change my mind after accepting the new price?
Yes. If you've accepted the updated price, you can visit account.tidal.com/subscription/cancel to cancel your subscription.
What happens if I'm currently on a free trial?
Your free trial will continue as scheduled, and your first paid billing date won't change. To continue your subscription after the price change takes effect, you'll need to accept the updated price.
I subscribe through Apple or Google. Will my price change?
If you subscribe through Apple or Google, you'll receive a notification through the platform where you manage your subscription if and when a price change applies to your plan.
Does this pricing update affect the Tidal DJ plan?
No. The price of the Tidal DJ plan will remain the same and is not affected by this subscription pricing update.
What if I don't want to continue my subscription at the updated price?
If you don't wish to continue your subscription at the updated price, you can decline the price change or cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. You can cancel at any time by visiting account.tidal.com/subscription/cancel. You'll continue to have access to Tidal until your subscription ends.
