Upgrading to a Family Plan
- Log in at account.tidal.com
- Select Subscription and select Upgrade
Managing your Family Plan
- Log in at account.tidal.com using the primary account holder's credentials.
- Select Family
- Click Invite family member
- Enter their email address
- Click Invite. This will send an email invite to the recipient to join your Family Plan.
- Existing TIDAL users will click Accept Invitation and Join Family.
- New TIDAL users will select Join Family, Continue and will need to select forgot your password? to create a new password. Once the new user successfully creates a new password and logs in, they will be added to your Family Plan.
- Add up to 5 family members to your plan. All members must have TIDAL accounts located in the same country as the primary account holder in order to be invited to the TIDAL Family Plan.
Why can't I add a member to my TIDAL Family Plan during the free trial period?
If your TIDAL Family Plan is currently in a free trial period, family members who have already redeemed an individual promo or free trial cannot be added until the promotion ends. Once your Family Plan transitions to the regular billing cycle, you can add your family member by navigating to the Family tab under My Account.
Is the DJ Extension available on the Family Plan?
Is the DJ Extension available on the Family Plan?
No. If the main account owner would like to access DJ integrations, they will have to subscribe to a TIDAL Individual plan with the DJ Extension add-on. Their family members will then need to select a new TIDAL Individual plan or join a different Family plan, as the DJ Extension is not available with Family plans.
