• Cancel TIDAL Subscription or Trial
  • If you no longer wish to continue your subscription or trial with TIDAL, you may cancel at any time.

    If you are paying for TIDAL through a third-party, you will need to cancel through them. 

    TIDAL Website

    1. Visit my.TIDAL.com 
    2. Log in with your username and password
    3. Click 'Subscription'
    4. Click 'Cancel My Subscription' then confirm cancellation


    1. Log in with your username and password
    2. Click 'My Collection', 'Settings', 'Edit Profile', then 'Manage Subscription'
    3. Click 'Subscription' and then finally 'Cancel Subscription'

    Sprint – Account registered through a Sprint device with fees applied to your Sprint bill.

    1. Log onto www.sprint.com/TIDAL
    2. Use My Sprint on your mobile device
    3. Contact Sprint Customer Support for assistance with a live representative

    Mobile Carrier (non-Sprint) – Account registered and paid through your cell phone provider

    1. Contact the customer service department of your cell phone provider for assistance.

    Apple Wallet/iTunes – If you registered directly from your iPhone & your Apple Wallet shows an account

    1. Click Here; Apple iTunes Cancellation & In-App Purchases

      If you do not see an Active subscription within Apple Wallet, this means you're being billed through another payment method. You can confirm your Apple Account status by contacting Apple Support directly.
