Why is my Tidal subscription price changing?

We're updating subscription pricing so we can continue supporting the artists and rightsholders behind the music you love while investing in new features, improvements, and the high quality listening experience you expect from Tidal. The updated pricing helps us continue investing in a music experience that supports the people behind the music and the fans who enjoy it.

When will my price change?

Your new price will take effect on your first billing date on or after August 3, 2026. Until then, you'll continue to be billed at your current subscription price.

How much will my subscription cost?

Updated pricing varies by plan. Please visit tidal.com/pricing to view subscription pricing effective August 3, 2026. You can also refer to the price change notice sent to you for your specific updated price. Applicable sales tax may be added where required.

Do I need to do anything to keep my subscription?

No. If you take no action, your subscription will continue at the updated price on your first billing date on or after August 3, 2026. Your continued use of Tidal after the new price takes effect means you accept the updated price, in accordance with the Tidal Terms and Conditions of Use.

What happens if I'm currently on a free trial?

Your free trial will continue as scheduled. If your first paid billing date is on or after August 3, 2026, you'll be charged the updated subscription price when your paid subscription begins.

What are the updated subscription prices?

I subscribe through Apple or Google. Will my price change?

If you subscribe through Apple or Google, you'll receive a notification through the platform where you manage your subscription if and when a price change applies to your plan.

I subscribe through a telecommunications partner. Will my price change?

Pricing changes for subscriptions billed through telecommunications partners may vary. If a price change applies to your subscription, you'll receive communication from your telecommunications partner or Tidal.

Does this pricing update affect the Tidal DJ plan?

No. The price of the Tidal DJ plan will remain the same and is not affected by this subscription pricing update.

Are there any discounts available for existing customers?

Existing eligible U.S. customers on the Tidal Individual plan can receive 25% off the updated monthly price for 12 months when signing up through the Cash App offer. To receive the discount, you'll need to be an existing Tidal customer and enroll through this Cash App offer link. Simply changing your existing payment method to Cash App Pay will not automatically apply the discount.

What if I don't want to continue my subscription at the updated price?

If you don't wish to continue your subscription at the updated price, you can cancel before your next billing date. You'll continue to have access to Tidal through the end of your current billing period. You can manage your account at account.tidal.com.
