- Clearing Your Cache

Windows & Mac
- Click on 'Help' in the menu while TIDAL is opened.
- Click on 'Troubleshooting'.
- Click on 'Clear Cache'.
Android
- Locate the TIDAL app icon on your device.
- Click and hold the TIDAL icon.
- Select App info then Storage.
- Click on Clear Cache.
The option to clear your cache is not available on mobile iOS devices.
