    1. Click on 'Help' in the menu while TIDAL is opened.
    2. Click on 'Troubleshooting'.
    3. Click on 'Clear Cache'.


    1. Locate the TIDAL app icon on your device.
    2. Click and hold the TIDAL icon.
    3. Select App info then Storage.
    4. Click on Clear Cache.

    The option to clear your cache is not available on mobile iOS devices.
