Refunds

If you live in a country that is part of the United Kingdom/European Union and have purchased a Subscription, you have the right to receive a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if you have not started to stream or downloaded any Service Content. Once you use the service, you lose your right to receive a refund. Please see Terms and Conditions: http://tidal.com/privacy_eu

If you live in a country that is part of the United Kingdom/European Union and you terminate your Subscription or cancel your payment after fourteen (14) days of purchase of the subscription to the Services we will not issue a refund for any fees paid to us, including any advance charges or payments for any subscription term for the Services. If you are eligible for a refund (where applicable), refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card you provided when you activated the Services, and you should allow between 7 and 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
