Redemption process

New subscribers: 

• Visit TIDAL.com/giftcards
• Add the PIN code from your gift card
• Your subscription includes a 30-day free trial. Your gift card will be deducted at the end of the trial.

Existing subscribers:

• Visit account.tidal.com 
• Select Redeem > Redeem Gift Card 
• Once the gift card balance is used, we will return to billing the payment method on file.
