Forgot Email Address

If you've forgotten the email address linked to your profile, please submit a ticket to TIDAL Support with the following details, and our team will try to locate your account.

  • Any alternative email addresses you may have used 
  • If your credit/debit card was charged:
    • First 6 digits of the credit card 
    • Last 4 digits of the credit card
    • Card expiration date 
    • First and Last name of the cardholder
    • Month and date of the charge
    • Exact transaction amount 
  • If you were charged through a PayPal account:
    • Billing Agreement Number
    • Transaction ID Number
  • If you were charged through Apple or Google Play 
    • We do not have access to your account details and are unable to assist. Please reach out to them directly for further assistance. 
  • If you were charged through your mobile (cell phone) carrier:
    • We do not have access to your account details and are unable to assist. Please contact your mobile carrier's support phone number for assistance

Hide My Email by Apple 

  • The email address associated with your account may have been created with the Hide My Email feature from Apple, which creates a unique email address to log in to apps and websites privately with your Apple ID. 
  • On your Apple device, please visit Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Your Apple ID > TIDAL. If the email address listed appears as xxxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com, this is a private relay email address that Apple generated. This email address is also the username you will need to use to log in to TIDAL.
  • If you need to reset your TIDAL password, please enter your private relay email as the email address, and your password will be routed to an approved email address in your Apple ID.

Please note that if you completed the Apple Account Deletion process we will not be able to see or recover your TIDAL account.
