Update Password

To update your password, selectScreen_Shot_2019-11-14_at_4.34.22_PM.pngfor Settings in the upper right hand corner of the Home screen. Click Manage Account and then change password.

Type in your old password, then the new password twice to confirm and click Update. An email with a verification link is sent to the email address on file. Sometimes this correspondence can appear in your Spam folder so be sure to check all folders in your email account.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, you can reset it here. You will be asked to enter your TIDAL log in name and will be sent an email with further instructions. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam and trash folders.

Please note, if your TIDAL account is registered with an Apple ID email (private relay), you will need to use this username to change your password. The password link will be redirected to the authorized email listed your Apple ID account.

Password Requirements:

  • Minimum length of 8 characters
  • New password must differ from the last 3 previous passwords
  • Must include at least one special character
  • Must include at least one uppercase letter
  • Must include at least one lowercase letter
  • Must include at least one number
  • Note: Your password cannot be the same as your log in name or resemble it closely.
