Mac system logs can help diagnose and troubleshoot problems on the MacOSX and installed applications. These logs are stored as plain-text log files on the Mac system drive.

Here’s how to obtain the logs:
- Launch the TIDAL app.
- Click “Help” on the Menu Bar at the top of the screen.
- Scroll down to “Troubleshooting.”
- Select “Show App Logs.”
- This will automatically direct you to where the logs are located.
- Email the logs to support@tidal.com.
How can I find TIDAL App Logs when my TIDAL app crashes and doesn't start?
If your TIDAL app crashes upon launch or you are unable to open or view the app:
- Close all the apps currently open on your Mac.
- Click on “Go” on the Mac Menu Bar at the top of the screen.
- When you click on “Go” a drop-down menu will appear, press & hold the “option” key on your keyboard to View and Open “Library.”
- Click on “Library” and Scroll down to locate the “Logs” folder.
- Open the “Logs” folder and scroll down to locate the “TIDAL” folder.
- Open the “TIDAL” folder and in it, you will find the logs.
- Email the logs to support@tidal.com.
