• I am in the Owner role and want to transfer this role to a different user. How do I transfer the Owner role?
  • If you are an Owner and want to transfer the Owner role, you are only able to transfer it to an invited user in an Admin role. To do so, go to your ‘Team’ page, click on the edit icon next to your “Owner” role under Manage Role and select the ‘Transfer’ option. You’ll be prompted to select the Admin user to whom you’d like to transfer the role. If you need to invite an Admin user for this purpose, please reference our FAQ on how to add a new user.
