• I’m having trouble signing up for TIDAL Artist Home - what should I do?
  • You will only be able to access TIDAL Artist Home if you have been invited (and that invitation has not been revoked). You will find more information on how to receive an invitation in this FAQ article

    If you have been invited to TIDAL Artist Home and previously created a TIDAL account for streaming music, use the same email and password as your TIDAL account to sign up for Artist Home. If you do not remember your TIDAL account’s password, you will be able to reset it by clicking “Forgot your password?” during sign-up. 

    Please note, if your email hasn’t been verified yet, you will see a request for you to verify your email with an option to resend the verification email before you’re able to log in. If you have not received the email to complete your email verification, please check your spam/junk folders. If you are still not seeing the email with email verification instructions, please try resending it. If you’re still unsuccessful, please contact us and select Artist Home - Technical Issue as the topic.
