To update artist account information (artist’s legal name, birthdate, mailing address, phone number), visit the “Account” tab under the artist profile. 

If you do not have a View Only role, you will be able to directly edit all artist account fields except legal name and birthdate. In the event that an artist’s legal name and/or birthdate need to be updated, send a message to artistsupport@tidal.com:

1. 1. From the email you use to log in to TIDAL Artist Home
   2. With a description of the updates that you are requesting 

From there, our Artist Support team will verify your identity and help update your information.
