• I can’t log in to TIDAL Artist Home - what should I do?
  • If you can’t log in because you don’t remember your password:

    1. Enter your email address on the TIDAL Artist Home login screen
    2. This should prompt you to a new page where you should select “Forgot your password?”
    3. Follow the password reset steps

    If you can’t log in because you don’t remember your login email, please email TIDAL Support at artistsupport@tidal.com with:

    1. A brief summary of why you’re reaching out
    2. Confirmation of your identity, including the following information of yours:
      - Legal first name
      - Legal last name
      - Date of birth
      - Address

    If you have a pre-existing TIDAL account and deleted it, you will no longer be able to access TIDAL Artist Home with the same email address. Instead, you will need to be invited under a new email address by an existing team member on TIDAL Artist Home and set up a new account.
