Roles determine the actions different team members can take on an artist's profile, team, and account. Depending on your role, you can use this page to add, remove, or modify access for team members.
Owner
This role has the most access and privileges, and cannot be edited or removed by another role. There can only be one Owner at any time. Owners can view and edit all available fields in the artist profile, make changes to artist account information, and invite new members or remove access for any role. The Owner role can only be transferred to a team member in an Admin role, which can be done by following the steps outlined in this article.Admin
Admin users can view and edit all fields in the artist profile and make changes to artist account information. Admin roles can invite new members or remove access with the exception of the Owner. This role can only be removed by Owner or Admin roles.Manager
Manager users can view and edit all fields in the artist profile and make changes to artist account information. With the exception of Owners and Admins, Manager roles can invite new members or remove access. This role can only be removed by Owner, Admin, or Manager roles.Label
Label users can view and edit all fields in the artist profile and make changes to artist account information. This role can see their own user and role information, and invite new members, or remove access, for Label or View Only roles. This role can be removed by Owner, Admin, Manager, or Label roles.View Only
View Only users can view all fields in the artist profile but only view specific artist account information. They can see their own user and role information, but cannot invite new members or remove access. This role can be removed by Owner, Admin, Manager, or Label roles.
