    A: While you can sign up for TIDAL Free in the app, we have made some changes to the TIDAL HiFi and HiFi Plus sign up process in order to comply with new rules from Google for apps on the Google Play Store. At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to sign up for HiFi or HiFi Plus in the Android app. We are sorry for the inconvenience.     Q: How can I sign up for TIDAL Free in the US?

    A: You can still sign up for TIDAL Free in the Android app. Simply download the app and create an account to start streaming on TIDAL Free. To upgrade to HiFi or HiFi Plus, you need to visit account.tidal.com.

     

    Q: If I download the app from the Google Play Store, will TIDAL charge me differently?

    A: No, downloading the app alone will not cost you anything.

     

    Q: How can I manage my account on my Android device?

    A: In order to comply with new rules from Google for apps on the Google Play Store, you will have to visit account.tidal.com to manage your account, including changing your billing information or your plan.
