    How do I activate my TIDAL membership purchased through Best Buy?

    After purchasing TIDAL, you will receive an activation code. If purchased at a brick and mortar location, your activation code will be printed on your paper receipt. If you made the purchase on BestBuy.com, you will receive a confirmation email from Best Buy containing the activation code. You can redeem the code by clicking ‘Activate Now’ within that email or by visiting offer.TIDAL.com/BestBuy.

    Once the code is accepted, you can create or reactivate your TIDAL account. When that is complete, you will receive an email confirming your TIDAL account registration.

    When will I be billed for my TIDAL subscription via Best Buy?

    You will be billed for your chosen subscription plan upon receiving the activation code regardless of the date you complete activation. If you have opted for a monthly plan, your billing will occur every 30-days.


    How do I cancel my TIDAL subscription paid through Best Buy?

    If you would like to turn off your auto-renewal, cancel your plan, update your billing preferences, or if you have a billing issue, you should visit the plans and subscription page at BestBuy.com or call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289).
