  • How to Upgrade or Downgrade a Subscription
    1. Log in at account.tidal.com
    2. Click on Subscription.
    3. Select Upgrade or Downgrade.
    4. Confirm your selection.

    Upgrades will reduce the number of days in your current billing cycle by 50%.

    Downgrades will take place on your next scheduled bill date.


    If you are using Apple Pay, you can go to Settings>Apple ID>Subscriptions to upgrade or downgrade.


    If you are unable to upgrade or downgrade, contact Support here.
