If you were billed through PayPal, you may be asked to send us a Billing Agreement Number. You can locate this by following these steps:

• Go to PayPal.com and log in to your account
• Click Profile near the top of the page
• Select My Money
• Select My Pre-Approved Payments
• Locate TIDAL and the associated Billing Agreement Number. Your billing agreement number begins with B- and has 16 to 17 alphanumeric digits, e.g., B-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
