If you were billed through PayPal, you may be asked to send us a Billing Agreement Number. You can locate this by following these steps:

• Go to PayPal.com and log in to your account
• Click 'Profile' near the top of the page
• Select 'My Money'
• Select 'My Pre-Approved Payments'
• Locate TIDAL and the associate Billing Agreement Number
