     Here’s how to obtain the logs: 

    1. Launch the TIDAL app.
    2. Click “Help” on the Menu Bar at the top of the screen.
    3. Scroll down to “Troubleshooting.”
    4. Select “Show App Logs.” 
    5. This will automatically direct you to where the logs are located.
    6. Email the logs to support@tidal.com.

    How can I find TIDAL App Logs when my TIDAL app crashes and doesn't start?

    If your TIDAL app crashes upon launch or you are unable to open or view the app:

    1. Close all the apps currently open on your Mac. 
    2. Click on “Go” on the Mac Menu Bar at the top of the screen.
    3. When you click on “Go” a drop-down menu will appear, press & hold the “option” key on your keyboard to View and Open “Library.” 
    4. Click on “Library” and Scroll down to locate the “Logs” folder.
    5. Open the “Logs” folder and scroll down to locate the “TIDAL” folder.
    6. Open the “TIDAL” folder and in it, you will find the logs.
    7. Email the logs to support@tidal.com.
