• No Sound is Playing
  • If TIDAL appears to be playing music, but you can't hear it, you can try these basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. 

    1. Ensure the volume is up and the device is not muted.
    2. Check the Sound Output selected is correct. Screen_Shot_2019-11-01_at_12.27.02_PM.png
    3. Make sure your sound drivers are up-to-date.
    4. Try playing the music on a different output.
