• Locating Your Account Without an Email Address
  • If you forgot the email address associated with your account, there is other information we may be able to use to locate your account. Please see below. 

    • Any alternative email addresses you may have used 
    • If your credit/debit card was charged:
      • First 6 digits of the credit card 
      • Last 4 digits of the credit card
      • Card expiration date 
      • First and Last name of the cardholder
      • Month and date of the charge
      • Exact transaction amount 
    • If you were charged through a PayPal account:
      • Billing Agreement Number
      • Transaction ID Number
    • If you were charged through iTunes/Apple Wallet:
      • We do not have access to your account details and are unable to assist. Please reach out to Apple Customer Support for further assistance.  
    • If you were charged through your mobile (cell phone) carrier:
      • We do not have access to your account details and are unable to assist. Please contact your mobile carrier's support phone number for assistance

    Please note that if you completed the Apple Account Deletion process we will not be able to see or recover your TIDAL account.
