- Change Password without using the TIDAL App
An email with a verification link is sent to the email address on file. Sometimes this correspondence can appear in your Spam folder so be sure to check all folders in your email account.
Also, in your TIDAL account, if your primary contact email differs from your Username/Login email then your password will be sent to the primary contact email and not the email used to log into your TIDAL account. Be sure to check all your email accounts for the password reset link when requested.
