Can I register with AllTrack as my PRO through TIDAL?
Yes, you can register with AllTrack through TIDAL during the verification process. If you are not registered with another U.S. PRO, here’s how to register with AllTrack:
- When prompted to choose your PRO, select AllTrack.
- Fill in the required registration details.
- After submission, you will receive a confirmation screen. AllTrack will process your registration, which can take up to 72 hours. AllTrack will send an email notification once your IPI is issued.
Why is AllTrack the integrated PRO on TIDAL?
TIDAL has partnered with AllTrack to help songwriters easily collect performance royalties. Registering with AllTrack through TIDAL allows songwriters to automatically verify their TIDAL songwriter profile and get started faster, all while retaining 100% ownership of copyrights.
While AllTrack is our integrated PRO partner, your TIDAL songwriter profile can be manually claimed with the other U.S.-based PROs, ASCAP or BMI.

I’ve submitted my claim for my songwriter profile, now what?
You’ll receive a "Verification Pending" email in your inbox. Our team will then verify the information you’ve provided to ensure that the right data is associated with the correct profile. You’ll receive another email with an update on your verification status.
Once you’re verified, you can log into TIDAL Artist Home, select your songwriter profile, and start using the tools!
My songwriter profile verification was not successful, why?
Songwriter profile verification may not be successful for several common reasons, including:
- Missing or incomplete royalty statement from your PRO (the statement should include your full legal name, address, and IPI number).
- If you aren’t able to provide a royalty statement because you haven't received royalties yet, you may submit a screenshot from your PRO dashboard instead. Please ensure the above required information is still shown within this screenshot.
- Name, address, or IPI number is not visible on the royalty statement.
Incorrect IPI provided, or the IPI in the claim does not match the statement (commonly mistaken for account numbers or publishing IPIs). - The legal name in TIDAL Artist Home does not match the name on the royalty statement.
The PRO royalty statement submitted is from a non-US PRO.
If you need further assistance, please reach out to TIDAL Artist Support for help with the verification process.
What should I do if I can't find a track to claim while attempting to claim my songwriter profile?
The tracks associated with your work must be available on the TIDAL platform. If a track isn't on TIDAL, please collaborate with the artist, label, or distributor to ensure your work is added to TIDAL.
