You can delete your TIDAL account through self-service deletion flow or by contacting TIDAL Support.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
-
Deleting your account will immediately revoke access to your TIDAL account.
- Playlists, favorites, history, profile and account details will be deleted forever and cannot be recovered.
- Any remaining subscription period will be forfeited. To check whether you are eligible for a refund, check our Refund Policy.
- Upon account deletion, you will not be eligible for future promotions or free trials.
- If you’d prefer to retain your account information, you have the option of canceling your subscription instead of deleting your account. Canceling will allow you to maintain access to your account until your next bill date, and your playlists and favorites will be saved if you decide to resume your TIDAL subscription in the future. Learn more about canceling your subscription here.
SELF-SERVICE ACCOUNT DELETION
You can find the account deletion button in TIDAL mobile clients (iOS or Android apps) and on TIDAL account pages.
- iOS / Android apps: Navigate to Settings, Manage Account and select Delete account. Follow instructions on the screen to perform account deletion.
- TIDAL account pages: Navigate to account.tidal.com/profile and select Delete account. Follow instructions on the screen to perform account deletion.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- If you have more than one TIDAL account, prior to deleting your TIDAL account make sure that you are logged into the TIDAL account you want to delete.
-
If you don’t pay for your TIDAL subscription directly (i.e. by a debit / credit card, PayPal) and your TIDAL subscription is managed by a third party (for example, Apple, Google, telecommunications partner), deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Make sure to cancel your TIDAL subscription with the third party before deleting your TIDAL account to avoid further subscription charges after deleting your TIDAL account.
- Canceling TIDAL subscription through Apple: Follow instructions from Apple
- Canceling TIDAL subscription through Google: Follow instructions from Google
- Canceling TIDAL subscription through a telecommunications company: contact your provider.
- Once you successfully complete the deletion process, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your account deletion.

In certain cases you may not be able to use or complete the self-service deletion flow (for example, if there is no email address associated with your TIDAL account; when you no longer have access to your email address; if you are using your TIDAL account to access TIDAL services for artists and similar).
In such cases, please contact TIDAL Support here.
TIDAL Support may require that you provide information and follow procedures so that we can verify your identity. Where possible, we will attempt to match the information that you provide in your request to information we already have on file to verify your identity.
