I applied for a Student Discount, but was still billed the full amount

We are sorry for this inconvenience, but it could be that either the student verification was not completed before the last billing date, or you did not successfully register for the Student discount. 

Please go to TIDAL.com/account to log in, and then click subscription to check the subscription status message above the subscription boxes for the status of your account. 

If you have a student discount, the status message will specifically state that you have a 50% off Student Discount, and will also specify the subscription you chose.

If you do not see that you have a student discount in the subscription status message, please check out How to Start a Student Discount Subscription.

Once you have successfully applied for the student discount subscription, you will be billed the proper amount, on the next billing cycle.
