My Music, Playlists, and Favorites do not appear after iOS Restore

If you have recently restored your iOS device using the iCloud restore back up function, and when logging in to TIDAL, you do not see any of your music under the My Music section. 

  1. Please delete the TIDAL application from your device
  2. Restart your iOS device
  3. Reinstall TIDAL from the App Store 
  4. Log in to TIDAL and check the My Music folder to see all of your available content
