How to log in to your network player with social media log in

If you registered for TIDAL via your Facebook or Twitter account, and you wish to log in to a TIDAL supported network audio player, which does not support social media log in. 

Then please go to TIDAL.com, click log in, then select forgot my password. The reset password email will be sent from the email service@tidal.com and will be sent to the email address associated with your social media account. 

If you do not receive the password reset email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. You can also add service@tidal.com to your email contacts to insure proper delivery. 

Once you have reset your password, you can then log in to the home audio network device such as Linn, Meridian, Sonos, Bluesound etc with the email address (the email associated with the social media account) and the password you recently updated.
