In general, vouchers are for new TIDAL users only, unless specified either by a TIDAL representative or on the voucher directly.
If your voucher is invalid it could be related to one of the reasons below.
- If you are an existing TIDAL user trying to redeem a voucher, and you receive the error message that the voucher is invalid. This is because you have an existing TIDAL account and vouchers are for new TIDAL users only.
- When creating your TIDAL account via the voucher code, your account was not properly activated. Please contact customer support below, for further assistance.
