Username Already Exists

If you are trying to register for TIDAL, and you get an error message that your username already exists.  This can be caused by not successfully completing the account registration process. 

To successfully activate your account: 

- Go to TIDAL.com, and click 'Login'

- Use the email address that is currently registered and the password you created

- After successfully logging in, click on 'subscription', then click 'start'

- You will then be asked to submit your payment details (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal)
