Sonos - Who to Contact When

If you are experiencing troubles with TIDAL on your Sonos system please follow the following guidelines. 

For errors regarding Log in Authentication or Metadata - contact TIDAL customer support.  

For all other issues, such as TIDAL unavailable on Sonos, Browse Failure, Play Failure, Search Failure, Feature requests - please contact the Sonos helpdesk.
