- How do I unsubscribe from Emails & Push notifications?
To keep TIDAL Members up-to-date, we send emails and mobile push notifications about upcoming shows, presales, contests, pop-up concerts, new features and latest content arrivals. We understand that not everyone is interested in these types of updates so we offer an opt-out feature to stop these announcements.
If you chose to remove your account from these notifications, you will not receive updates which means you might miss out on some of what we have to offer. We also send info on promotions and contests to our current subscribers--if you’re not on the list, you won't be able to sign up to win!
Should you choose to opt-out of these announcements, we will still be able to send you email or push notifications with valuable information about your subscription or account. This includes password reset links, subscription status changes, failed payments, account cancellations and closures.
Unsubscribe from Emails
At the bottom of each email sent directly from TIDAL, there is a link for “unsubscribe”. By clicking this link, you will be removed from the Email database. Please allow up to 30 days for the request to take full effect.
Unsubscribe from Push Notifications
iOS – Edit the notification settings found in the Settings of your device
Android – Go to the device settings, click on apps, locate the TIDAL app, tap notifications and click the toggle to turn off notifications.
