Can I sign up for TIDAL Artist Home with the same email address as my TIDAL streaming subscription?

If you sign up for TIDAL Artist Home with the same email address as an existing TIDAL subscription, your accounts will be separate even though your login credentials are shared. In this case, you will not need to verify your email during registration.

 

I'm having issues logging into TIDAL Artist Home. What should I do?

  • Confirm your email and password are correct. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password for a reset link. If you need to change your password, visit account.tidal.com and select Change password from the Profile page.
  • Try logging out, clearing your cookies, and logging in directly at artists.tidal.com.
  • If you still receive an error after trying those steps, please contact TIDAL Artist Support.

How do I update my account information in TIDAL Artist Home?

Log into account.tidal.com with the email address registered with TIDAL Artist Home. Under Your Profile, select Edit Information. Here, you can edit your date of birth and phone number.

How do I change my first and last name in TIDAL Artist Home?

All information on the Account page is for internal use only. The 'First' and 'Last' name fields are intended to capture the legal first name and last name of an artist and not the artist project name. Rest assured, the name on the account is not what fans see on your TIDAL artist page and is only visible in your TIDAL Artist Home account!

 

How do I change the email address associated with my TIDAL Artist Home account?

  • Log in to artists.tidal.com with your existing email address.
  • Navigate to Team and click Add new team member.
  • Invite your preferred email address as an Admin role and accept the invitation.
  • Once your new email address appears in your team as an Admin role, you can transfer ownership to it.
  • Click on your existing Owner role and select Transfer. Select the Admin role with your new email address.
  • Once ownership is transferred, you can click on the role associated with your old email address to remove access.

How do I claim additional artists within TIDAL Artist Home?

If you have an existing TIDAL Artist Home account and need to claim additional artists, click Add an artist on the My Artists page. Learn more about managing multiple artist profiles here.

 

I live in a country where TIDAL is not available, can I still use TIDAL Artist Home?
