You can request to delete your TIDAL account, including any associated data on TIDAL Artist Home and other TIDAL services, by contacting TIDAL Support here. Please specify whether you wish to delete your TIDAL account, stop using specific TIDAL services, or delete particular information from TIDAL services.
Self-Service Options:
- Profile Bio and Links: You can edit or delete your bio and social media links directly through the TIDAL Artist Home dashboard.
- TIDAL Collabs: Manage your Collabs profile or unenroll from TIDAL Collabs via the ‘Profile’ section in Collabs.
If you intend to remove your music from TIDAL, please contact your distributor or label directly as TIDAL does not have unilateral control over music content provided by third parties.

1. “I want to delete my TIDAL account and stop using TIDAL Artist Home (and TIDAL music streaming services, if applicable)”
Anyone who created a TIDAL account to access TIDAL Artist Home can request deletion of their TIDAL account.
Note that:
- Deleting your account is a permanent and irreversible action. You won’t be able to recover your account once it is deleted.
- You will lose access to TIDAL Artist Home and won’t be able to manage artist pages (Artist Profile(s)) that you currently administer on TIDAL Artist Home;
- The data you have provided by creating your TIDAL account and using TIDAL Artist Home will be deleted and/or anonymised;
- If you were using Collabs, or Songwriter features on TIDAL Artist Home, data you provided in this context will be also deleted and/or anonymised, with the exception of chat messages exchanged on Collabs. These will be retained in the mailbox of the other artist(s) you chatted with for 12 months following the date the last message was exchanged between you.
- If you are using the same TIDAL account to stream music on TIDAL music streaming services once you request that we delete your TIDAL account, you will lose access to the music streaming services and your playlists, favorites and music library will be also deleted and any remaining subscription period will be forfeited. If you do not want to lose access to our streaming services, please specify this in your deletion request.
Note: The deletion of your TIDAL account does not affect the content of artist pages (Artist Profile(s)) at Artist Home to which you currently have access. If you want to delete content on your Artist Profile pages, see “I want to delete information on my Artist Profile page” below.
Note: If you are an owner with respect to one or more artist profile(s) and wish to delete your TIDAL Artist Home account, we recommend that you first transfer the owner role concerning these artist profile(s) to someone else and then you contact us with a deletion request. If you do not assign the owner role to a new owner, your team members with roles other than “owner” will be removed from the artist page and the artist page will become claimable by other users. 2. “I want to continue using TIDAL Artist Home but I no longer want to use and/or pay for TIDAL music streaming services”
If you wish to discontinue using or paying for TIDAL's music streaming services but still want to access TIDAL Artist Home, and you are using both TIDAL services with the same TIDAL account, we recommend simply canceling your TIDAL subscription. Depending on how you signed up for TIDAL, there are a few different ways to cancel. Please see here for instructions and choose the option that matches the payment method you have on file. If you need assistance canceling your subscription, please reach out to TIDAL Support.
3. “I want to continue using TIDAL Artist Home but have my Collabs profile deleted”
If you are using the Collabs feature on TIDAL Artist Home, you can edit and/or delete your Collabs profile directly in TIDAL Artist Home. Navigate to the bottom of your TIDAL Collabs profile and click ‘Manage’. From there, click ‘Unenroll from TIDAL Collabs’.
By unenrolling, your Collabs profile will be deleted (with the exception of chat messages which will be retained in the mailbox of the other artist(s) you chatted with for 12 months following the date the last message was exchanged between you) and you will permanently lose your connections, message history, and will no longer be recommended to other artists. However, you will keep your TIDAL account and will be able to continue using TIDAL Artist Home and its other features.

4. “I want to continue using TIDAL Artist Home but have my Songwriter profile deleted”
If you are using the Songwriter feature on TIDAL Artist Home and you want to delete your Songwriter profile but still keep on using other features of TIDAL Artist Home, you can use this option to request deletion of your Songwriter profile. Deletion of Songwriter profile means that TIDAL will delete and/or anonymise information provided by you or your performance right organization with respect to the Songwriter page, including but not limited to verification data and splits information.
5. “I want to delete information on my Artist Profile page”
Artist Profile is a public-facing page that is available on TIDAL streaming services together with your artist name and your music.
If you have a TIDAL account and have claimed this Artist Profile through TIDAL Artist Home: We offer a self-service solution, which means that you can edit or delete certain aspects of your artist profile, such as bio, and social media handles yourself via TIDAL Artist Home.
To edit or delete content:
- Bio: Edit > Select all text and delete > Save
- Social links: Edit > Remove links > Save
Eligible roles can directly edit or delete certain content, such as pictures, bio, or social media links of the artist profile page via TIDAL Artist Home dashboards (see below). See which roles are entitled to edit or delete the content of the artist profile pages.
If you have a problem with using the self-service tools on TIDAL Artist Home, you can contact us to have your artist profile page edited or certain content removed. To ensure that we act on the request of an eligible person, we only accept requests to edit or remove certain content on an artist profile page if such a request is coming from the owner of the artist profile page.
- Once you delete the Artist Profile page content yourself or request our assistance with this, TIDAL will delete the contents of the Artist Profile page and any data, which TIDAL received from you or your team members through TIDAL Artist Home. This includes biography, pictures and/or social media links at your Artist Profile page.
- We cannot completely delete the whole Artist Profile page. This is because your Artist Profile page is how your music is presented on TIDAL streaming services and visible to your fans. TIDAL has a legitimate business purpose to retain some information on your Artist Profile page so that your fans can search, browse and stream your music on TIDAL. If you remove certain content on your Artist Profile page, such as your bio or pictures, we reserve the right to replace the deleted content with information we receive from your label or distributor. If you would like to delete your Artist Profile beyond the information noted above, please contact your distributor or label directly.
- To prevent your other team members from uploading the deleted or new content on your Artist Profile page after deletion, we recommend that you change your team members’ roles with respect to your Artist Page to “View Only” or revoke their roles completely.
If you don’t have a TIDAL account or have not claimed this Artist Profile page through TIDAL Artist Home: Note that the content of your artist profile is information which we receive from third parties, including your label or distributor, and cannot be removed unilaterally by us. Please contact your label or distributor directly to address removing your content from TIDAL.
6. “I want to delete information on my TIDAL Highlights page”
TIDAL Highlights is a public webpage that allows songwriters to showcase their completed works directly through TIDAL Artist Home.
If you have a TIDAL account and have claimed this Songwriter Profile through TIDAL Artist Home: We offer a self-service solution, which means that you can remove certain aspects of your TIDAL Highlights, such as bio, image, and social media handles yourself directly through your Songwriter profile in TIDAL Artist Home.
- Navigate to the Profile tab in your Songwriter profile at TIDAL Artist Home.
- To remove your profile image, select the Trash icon and select Remove image.
- To remove your bio, click Edit and delete all of the text. Click Save changes.
- To remove social accounts, click Edit and select the social platform you’d like to remove. Delete the link to your social account and click Save changes.
- To hide any completed works, follow the steps here.
Please note that your TIDAL Highlights link will remain active, but only visible if it's shared. Once content is removed, the only elements that may still appear are your name and completed works—unless these have also been hidden.
If you have a problem with using the self-service tools on TIDAL Artist Home, you can contact us to have your artist profile page edited or certain content removed. To ensure that we act on the request of an eligible person, we only accept requests to edit or remove certain content on an songwriter profile page if such a request is coming from the owner of the songwriter profile page.
7. “I want to continue using TIDAL Artist Home but delete my Fan Base"
Please note that the Fan Base product is powered by Square, Inc. and we cannot cancel your Fan Base subscription, marketing campaigns or fan contacts. To perform these actions, log in to your Square account and delete your Square account, subscriptions, marketing campaigns or fan contacts in your Directory using Square Dashboard.
