These errors are in most cases caused by a firewall that stops the traffic to TIDAL. Check your firewall settings. You can create an exemption for the TIDAL application.
Please note: If you are on a network at work, such traffic is often blocked. In these cases, the only solution is to check with your IT administrators if they can open up the necessary traffic.
If specific IP/domains are required, TIDAL uses the following:
Webclient: tcp port 80
Mobile apps: tcp port 80
Desktop app: tcp port 1935
