App not Refreshing

If the app is not refreshing itself with updated content, edits you made, etc. You can try clearing the app's cache.



  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Apps
  3. Select  Tidal 
  4. Select Storage 
  5. Select Clear cache
  6. Then kill the app (from recent apps) and restart it.


  1. Close the app
  2. Reboot your device
  3. Re-open the TIDAL app



Please delete the %UserProfile%/AppData/Roaming/TIDAL folder and try to use the app again.


Mac OS X

  1. Open up a terminal session. (Go to the Applications folder, then utilities, then click on Terminal)
  2. At the prompt, type in the following: rm -fr ~/Library/Application\ Support/TIDAL
  3. Reopen the app and try using it again
