What do you need help with?


If you received a voucher code, you can redeem it by going to http://TIDAL.com/redeem or by going to tidal.com and click on Menu, then select Redeem Voucher. Vouchers are for new TIDAL users only, unless otherwise specified on the voucher. Vouchers can be received through TIDAL partners only and TIDAL support does not provide vouchers to users.

Voucher Invalid Error can be caused by existing users trying to apply vouchers on an already active account or previously redeemed voucher codes.
