How do I cancel my TIDAL Subscription?

To cancel your TIDAL account, click on Menu, then Subscription. Here you can upgrade or downgrade your account, or cancel. To cancel click on Cancel my Subscription, then confirm on the next screen; your TIDAL account will continue to be active until your payment period is up.

To cancel via Apple Pay on your iphone or ipad, access the App Store then tap your Apple ID. Choose to view Apple ID and enter your password. Now, tap Manage App Subscriptions, and from the Manage App Subscriptions page select Tidal. You can change your auto-renewal options to Off to cancel, then tap Done.

To cancel via your iTunes, launch iTunes on your computer and select Store from the Menu bar. Choose View Account then enter your Apple ID and password. From the Account Information screen, scroll to the bottom of the page to the Settings section. Click Manage to the right of Subscriptions, from the Manage Subscription screen, choose TIDAL. From the TIDAL screen, you can change your auto-renewal options to Off to cancel then click on Done.

To cancel via paypal, go to Settings, then the Payments tab. Click Manage pre-approved payments under Pre-approved payments. Select the payment you'd like to cancel, then click Cancel.
