To cancel your TIDAL.com registered account, log in at https://my.tidal.com/login. Once logged in, click ‘Subscription’. On the next page, click ‘Cancel my Subscription’ and then confirm cancellation on the next screen.
If you signed up through Sprint or any other mobile carrier please contact your phone provider's customer support for assistance with your cancellation.
To cancel through Apple Pay, open the 'App Store'. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the 'Apple ID' on the lower-left. Scroll down and tap 'Manage App Subscriptions'. Tap 'TIDAL' and on the following screen and change your auto-renewal option to Off. Tap 'Done'.
To cancel through your iTunes Account, launch iTunes on your computer and click the 'iTunes Store' tab. Click 'Account' on the right side under 'Quick Links'. Scroll down and click 'Manage' to the right of 'Subscriptions'. From there, you can edit/cancel your TIDAL subscription.
To cancel through PayPal, go to Paypal.com and log in, then choose Settings, click the Payments tab. Click Manage pre-approved payments under Pre-approved payments. Select the payment you'd like to cancel, then click Cancel.
Once your subscription has been canceled through the above methods, you'll still have access through the end of your billing period.
