Can I subscribe to family subscription on Roku?
No, there are only two subscriptions available on Roku: Premium or HiFi. If you want a Family subscription, start it on TIDAL.
How do I cancel my subscription from my Roku device?
You can cancel on the device, or by logging in to your Roku account in the browser. More here.
- Subscriptions are pre-paid, non-refundable, and will auto-renew until you cancel your subscription. When you cancel a subscription, the cancellation will not take effect until the next renewal date and you may be entitled to continue to access the content until then.
- The subscription term for services that you subscribe to on The Roku Channel commences on the earliest enrollment date of your active, paid subscriptions on The Roku Channel and ends 30 or 31 days thereafter, or as the case may be. This enrollment date will also set your unified monthly billing and renewal date – all subscriptions that you subsequently enroll in on The Roku Channel will be billed on the same day each month, and your first charge for each of these subsequent subscriptions will be prorated to the billing and renewal date of the next month. Therefore, the renewal date for your Premium Subscription on The Roku Channel will be based on the unified monthly billing and renewal date, which may not be the date you enrolled in the specific Premium Subscription.
- If you do not see an option to manage a subscription on your Roku device or on the My Subscriptions page at my.roku.com, contact your service provider (e.g., Hulu, Sling TV) to manage the subscription.
