TIDAL Gift cards are available and can be used as gifts or applied to your own subscription.

Purchase

All gift cards are only available in the US. You can purchase them via PayPal or at Wal-Mart, Best Buy, or GameStop. 

Not all locations carry TIDAL gift cards, some gift card purchases are for email delivery only. Availability will vary. 

Uses

Gift cards can only be applied toward subscription costs. These cards cannot be redeemed for any other use including, but not limited to, presale concert tickets or album purchases from the TIDAL Store.

Value

Each card is purchased for a set amount. You can apply this credit toward a new registration, active subscription or reactivating an account. For example, a $20.00 gift card can be used in the following ways;

• 2 months of Premium service (regularly 9.99)

OR

• 1 month of HiFi service (regularly 19.99)

The small remaining balance is applied toward your next month of service and the remaining balance of the subscription fee is then charged to the payment method on file.

Redemption Process

New Registrations – includes a 30-day free trial. Your gift card will be deducted at the end of the trial.

1. Go to: www.TIDAL.com/giftcards
2. Add the PIN code from your gift card
3. Click on 'I'm not a robot'
4. Click Submit
5. Choose Premium (for 2 months) or HiFi (for one month)

Existing Users – from a PC or Mac (cannot be applied through the app)

1. Go to: www.TIDAL.com/giftcards
2. Click 'Settings' at the bottom of the left column
3. In the pop-up, click 'Account'
4. Choose 'Manage Subscription'
